These include the treatment extent and complexity, and the type and quantity of product and equipment required.

Deposits are only required for appointments with Dr. Stanes.

If you don’t have a treatment, your deposit won’t expire. It will stay on your account and can be used towards any treatments you have with us in the future.

For Cosmetic Connection Toorak, there is street parking, a council carpark on Carter’s Avenue, and parking at Coles and Woolworths (enter via Jackson Street).

For Cosmetic Connection St Leonards, there is free parking in the Mall88 Coles car park. Street parking is also available.

If you are submitting photos for general advice, please follow these guidelines:

• No makeup
• Clear lighting
• Camera to take photos from a distance of approximately 1 meter
• Photos at eye level
• One photo from front on
• One photo from each side profile (two total)
• One photo from each 45 degree angle (two total)

If you submit photos that do not follow the above, then you will be asked to resubmit photos that adhere to the above guidelines.
